House of Curves Model Rosie Mercado has won the Face of Full Figured Fashion Week™ competition. Rosie who is a celebrity make-up artist and also have her own cosmetics line Bellisima. Was also named 2009 Miss Nevada Plus America. She was also featured in the February 2010 Skorch Magazine.
